Monitoring from multiple, independent locations provides live alerts to our internal support network and to you directly if you request this. It means you are immediately made aware of any issues affecting your server's performance and in the case of this monitoring being part of a server management plan, for us to take immediate action on your behalf While there are numerous services we can set up monitoring for the most popular ones are - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, POP, SSH and My SQL When purchased as a stand alone service, our system will provide you with email and sms alerts for any monitored services which report as down or unavailable When purchased as part of a server management plan, we will also receive alerts and take the appropriate remedial action (covered by your management plan) and / or create a support ticket notifying you of the action we are taking or recommend Our Basic Server Management package includes:
